While I haven't posted new work in a while, here is a version of the Quirky Bird that I have been playing around with. I like strong colors and have been experimenting with textures for a while but have yet to find an ideal balance (although this version is without the cleaner linework and stripes). I am hoping to revise this one soon-- the colors and accents combined with the gradients are a mess. Honestly, I let this one sit around for so long I figured that if I post this "incomplete" it will motivate me to FIX it.
